Bing Liang is the founder and president of U.S. University Pathways, an educational consulting company creating pathways to foster the international exchange of education in the state of Wisconsin. Bing is also the co-founder of the Midwest Global Youth Academy, which fosters meaningful connections between Wisconsin and global youth through the exchange of language and culture. Bing earned his Doctoral degree in Higher Educational Leadership at Edgewood College in Madison, WI and his master’s degree in English Education at UW-Platteville. Bing also served on the executive board of the United Nation Association of Dane County. When not working, Bing enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Meet Jessica, the College Advising Specialist for US University Pathways. She brings over 8 years of experience in international college advising to her work, along with a master's degree in Global Higher Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jessica has a passion for creating global partnerships and fostering international exchange experiences for students. She has personally hosted international students at her home in Wisconsin, and loves traveling in her free time.

Meet Guillermo Mayuri, partner of US University Pathways, a communicator by profession and passionate about education. With a Master's Degree in Public Relations from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a Master's Degree in Organizational Governance from the Pad Escuela de Dirección in Peru, he has extensive knowledge and experience in communications and public relations.

 

Our Director's commitment to education is evident in his experience as Director of Communications at one of Peru's leading academic institutions. He understands the unique challenges and opportunities involved in promoting educational initiatives, and is always looking for innovative ways to communicate with stakeholders. Guillermo is committed to making your decision to live in Wisconsin the best decision of your life.

Meet Ignacio Miranda, partner of US University Pathways, a dedicated education professional with a wealth of leadership and governance experience. With a master's degree in People and Business Management from PAD Business School in Peru, he is well equipped to navigate the complex world of education and drive success.

 

Throughout his career, our Director has been passionate about improving educational outcomes for students. He has served on several non-profit and regular elementary school boards. He understands the importance of a quality education and is committed to providing students with the tools they need to succeed.

Meet Jessica Harada, partner of US University Pathways, a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success. With a Master's degree in People Management from PAD Escuela de Dirección in Peru, she has a deep understanding of diverse sectors, including logistics, industrial, real estate and commercial.

 

With a combination of business acumen and educational experience, Jessica is a multi-faceted leader capable of meeting the complex challenges of the educational landscape for students who choose to make the leap to success.

Claudia Eslava, US University Pathways representative for Mexico, has a degree in Industrial Engineering, a specialization in Corporate Finance and a Master in Business Organization. Claudia is deeply convinced that education is the main driver of development.

 

She actively participates in non-profit organizations that work to guide students from all over Peru in their search for their life purpose, fostering a vocational path with education as the protagonist.

 

In collaboration with her husband, Angel Giraldo, Claudia has made history in Peru by founding #ProteinFood, the first fitness food restaurant in the country. Today, her innovative concept has positioned itself as a leader in the region, and the restaurant chain has a presence in both Mexico and Peru and continues to expand.

Angel Giraldo, US University Pathways representative for Mexico is a professional chef and a passionate entrepreneur. Along with his wife, Claudia, they own restaurants in Mexico and Peru, all of which are devoted to promoting healthy eating. Throughout his career, Giraldo has consistently emphasized health education. As a specialist in nutrition, he frequently imparts his knowledge through lectures at various universities and appearances on different media platforms. His commitment to education extends beyond nutrition, championing the notion that knowledge, in all its forms, is a catalyst for personal and societal growth.

 

A sports enthusiast, Angel believes in the synergy between a healthy mind and a healthy body. His passion for sports not only complements his dedication to nutrition but also reinforces his understanding of holistic wellness. This integrated approach has become a cornerstone of his teachings and his lifestyle, inspiring others to recognize the interplay between diet, physical activity, and overall health. Angel  holds a firm belief in the transformative power of education, convinced that it can open up diverse paths, all leading towards the achievement of one's goals.

Mirna Zuzunaga Bedón, US University Pathways representative for Peru, holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology and is an Agricultural Engineer. She has experience in several international scientific centers and has published more than 20 scientific articles in international journals. She is a professor and researcher at universities in Peru, such as Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola and Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. In addition, she has participated in more than 70 international congresses and has coordinated projects related to governmental sectors and national and international cooperation institutions. She worked as Coordinator of the Master's and Doctorate Program of the National Council of Science, Technology and Technological Innovation in Peru. Her experience includes management and strategic planning in agribusiness, trade and international standards.

Norma Wong, US University Pathways representative for Peru, Bilingual Technician in Commerce and Production. Professional with extensive experience in the industrial, commercial and marketing network sectors.
She knows the importance of getting to know new countries, cultures and languages, so providing more and better study opportunities to young people and, above all, enriching their personal and professional lives, is something she is passionate about.

Pilar Morales Torres, US University Pathways representative for Chile, Veterinarian by profession with further studies in animal behavior (ethology) in Argentina, Spain, and the USA, as well as assisted animal therapy (Spain). With over 20 years of experience in educating and interacting with people. Creator of various socio-emotional educational programs in Latin America (Chile, Peru). Works with functional diversities (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome).

 

Currently working on innovation and development in the educational field in the Latin American region.
